Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Lime and lemon aromas are to the fore followed by a touch of orange rind and some flinty mineral end notes. The palate possesses flavours of lemon, lime and flinty mineral with a clean crisp dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
