A blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Barbera. Deep dark red colour with dark red hue. Aromas of black cherry, liquorice, confectionary and spice. The palate is very generously flavoured with joosy liquorice, dark plum and black cherry followed by a spicy back palate. Fleshy voluptuous mouthfeel with velvety tannins. Long aftertaste of black cherry, liquorice and spice. A fleshy, easy drinking blend that can be drunk over the next 2-3 years.
