Barrel fermented in new French oak for 8 months the wine displays a brilliant pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits citrus and nectarine top notes followed by some delicate cashew and spice. Medium weight the palate delivers an elegant flavour profile of nectarine, citrus and cashew followed by some toast and spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of nectarine, toast and some emerging light hazelnut characters.
