2010 Torbreck The Loon Shiraz Roussanne

A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Roussanne. Totally opaque black dark purple colour with very deep black purple hue. Exotic aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice allsorts and confectionary followed by a hint of honeysuckle. The palate boasts plenty of richness along with a plush texture delivering a flavour profile of ripe blackberry and plum followed by some liquorice and a touch of honeysuckle with a spicy back palate. Excellent length. Velvet smooth tannins with long ripe blackberry, liquorice, confectionary and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
Alc 15.0%
