Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose is a little reserved at first with aromas of lime, grapefruit and orange blossom emerging. The palate displays flavours of lime and orange rind with a citric acid backbone and steely dry finish. Excellent structure with aftertaste of citrus and mineral.
