Totally opaque inky black colour with black purple hue. The nose is a little subdued with scents of blackberry, dark plum and liquorice emerging followed by some confectionary and spice. The aromas gradually building intensity with time in the glass. Rich mouthfilling palate flavours of blackberry and liquorice followed by a touch of confectionary with a spicy back palate. Fine grained tannin structure with long blackberry, liquorice and confectionary aftertaste.
