2010 Tellurian Pastiche Shiraz

Tellurian’s second tier Shiraz has been matured for 10 months in mostly seasoned French and American oak barriques. Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark purple crimson hue. The nose displays aromas of dark plum and liquorice followed by some toasty oak and confectionary. Full bodied the palate possesses good richness with mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, dark plum, meaty toasty oak and spice. Very fine grained tannins. Good length with long spicy liquorice, toasty oak and pepper aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
