2010 Springton Hills Wines Rock Ridge Shiraz

Matured for 24 months in oak barrels. Opaque black dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose sports an aromatic profile of liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and light spice. Full bodied and generously flavoured the palate has dark chocolate, a touch of mint, vanillin oak and spice characters. Dry finish with a solid tannin structure. Aftertaste of choc mint, vanillin oak and spice.
