2010 Spinifex Bete Noir Shiraz

Opaque black dark purple colour with dark purple hue. On the nose scents of ripe dark plum, liquorice and violets evolve from the glass followed by some confectionary end notes. Full bodied with a rich seductive mouthfeel the palate delivers flavours of ripe dark plum, blackberry, some liquorice, spicy cedar and a touch of pepper. Silky smoth tannins with long blackberry, dark plum, subtle liquorice and pepper aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
