2010 Signatory Vintage The Un-Chillfiltered Collection Glen Spey 11 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

One of the smallest of Diageo's twenty nine distilleries, Glen Spey plays a role that belies its scale: Providing malt for J&B, which at the time of writing is the eighth biggest blended whisky brand in the world. Output is jealously guarded which also suggests that the quality is high. Official bottlings are more-or-less non-existent. All up, it makes Glen Spey undeniably one of the most obscure distilleries in Scotland, even though it's located in the heartland of single malt production. Cadenhead's have been at the forefront of independent bottlings, with Signatory jumping in the game more recently. As to the house style?
