Opaque black dark crimson red colour with very deep dark crimson red hue. The nose is dominated by ripe blackcurrant notes with some underlying tobacco, cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied with generous dark ripe blackcurrant flavours, cedar, some tobacco like characters and spice. Fine grained, slightly firmish tannins with medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, tobacco and spicy cedar.
