Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays top notes of herbaceous grassy characters followed by gooseberry and passionfruit. Clean crisp palate flavours of citrus, gooseberry and mineral. Dry, crisp refreshing acid finish with aftertaste of citrus, gooseberry and mineral.
