Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge and watery hue. Lifted aromas of lemon, lime and talc followed by some mineral end notes. The palate displays good concentration with intense flavours of lemon and lime dominate followed by some orange rind with a zesty mineral infused finish. Excellent length with long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
