Renown Clare Valley winemaker Tim Adams is responsible for the Rhythm Stick Wines. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. Top notes of orange rind and lime are followed by some zesty citrus and talc. The palate possesses a steely mineral like acid structure and excellent precision with flavours of freshly squeezed lemon and lime with a steely dry finish. Clean crisp crunchy acidity with aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
