2010 Reschke Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with light brick red hue. The nose exhibits ripe black cherry and strawberry aromas intermixed with some gamey meat like characters followed by a hint of anise, earthy cedar and spice showing excellent intensity. Light to medium weight the palate has a soft supplely textured mouthfeel with flavours of dark cherries and dried meats overlaying a background of subtle earth and spicy cedar. Very good power wave with velvet smooth tannins. Long dark cherry, gamey dried meats, earthy cedar and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
