2010 Port Phillip Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright deep crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays a perfumed sniff of dark cherries, meaty anise and dark plum followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Light to medium bodied the palate delivers a generous flavour profile of dark cherries, anise and dried meats followed by a spicy oak back palate. Dryish, somewhat restrained finish. Fine grained tannins. God power with dark cherry, dried meat and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years (2016-2017).
