Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. On the nose zesty lemon and lime top notes are followed by some steel like mineral notes. The palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of lemon and lime supported by a steely acid backbone and finishing with a dry crisp crunchy mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime and flinty mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or alternatively the wines excellent acid structure will ensure good cellaring for 5-8 years (2011-2019).
