Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Floral top notes are followed by aromas of lime, lemon, orange rind and mineral. Good palate concentration with mouthfilling flavours of lime and lemon followed by some flinty mineral. Clean crisp finish with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now whilst vibrant and fresh or cellar 4-5 years for further bottle development (2011-2016)
