Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson red mauve hue. Aromas of dark cherry and raspberry are to the fore followed by some spicy plum end notes. Light to medium weight the palate is quite generous in it’s flavours delivering dark cherry, ripe plum and raspberry followed by a spicy back palate. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of plum, dark raspberry and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
