Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. On the nose aromas of liquorice, spearmint and blackberries combine followed by some dark chocolate and vanillin oak showing good lift. Medium to full bodied with a soft plush mouthfeel the palate features flavours of ripe blackberries and chocolate bullets followed by a faint touch of spearmint and toasty vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of blackberries, chocolate bullets, vanilla and toasty oak.
