Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays zesty aromas of lemon and lime followed by a hint of talc and some flinty mineral end notes. Palate flavours of lemon and lime are dominate followed by some steely mineral like characters on the back palate. Clean crisp finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
