Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe limes, citrus and grapefruit. Medium dry the palate possesses flavours of ripe lime, some tropical fruits, grapefruit and citrus. Clean crisp finish with crunchy Granny Smith apple like acidity. Long aftertaste of ripe lime, green apple and citrus.
