2010 Olivier Leflaive Les Deux Rives Chablis

Olivier Leflaive have both their own Domaines as well as having close relationships with many of Burgundy’s top growers from whom they purchase. The blending process is carried out by Olivier Leflaive and his technical director, Franck Grux. The grapes for this Chablis are sourced from both sides of the Serein River, thus the name ‘Deux Rives’ meaning 'Two Banks'.

Brilliant pale straw colour with very distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of white peach intermixed with cashew and biscuit followed by some very light toast. Light in body weight but possessing a nice textural feel the palate has flavours of delicate white peach, cashew and citrus with some light dried honey characters on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, cashew and light dried honey.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2014-2017).
