Semi translucent crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. Aromas of dark cherry and strawberry are followed by some meaty cedar and spice. Light to medium weight the palate possesses flavours of dark cherry, some meaty game like characters, cedar and spice. Dry finish with fine grained tannin structure. Good length with medium to long dark cherry, meaty game like qualities and spicy cedar aftertaste.
