2010 Oakridge Chardonnay

A dry, very refined style of Chardonnay.
Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted scents of melon, delicate white peach, cashew, some light toast and spice. Light to medium weight the palate delivers a very elegant profile of cashew, spice, citrusy white peach, light toast with some lingering biscuity nuttiness on the back palate. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of citrus, cashew, biscuit and roasted almonds.
Cellar 3-4 years (2015-2016).

Bright very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Aromas of white peach, biscuit, light toast and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant structure the palate displays flavours of white peach, cashew, light toasty oak and spice. Clean dry finish with long aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
