Produced from 40 year old dry grown vines. Brilliant, very pale, straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted lime, spice and citrus notes followed by some orange rind. Good intensity on the palate, displaying flavours of lemon, spice and lime with a very crisp, dry, flinty finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and flinty mineral. This Riesling possesses a very prominent, flinty acid backbone that will ensure long term development.
