Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted notes of lime, lemon and orange rind followed by some talc as an end note. Good concentration with mouthfilling flavours of lemon and lime followed by some orange rind and mineral. Dry finish with clean crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2010-2015).
