2010 La Spinetta Langhe Nebbiolo

Semi translucent dark red colour with brick red hue. The nose is quite perfumed with scents of dark cherries and roses followed by some leather and spice. Medium weight the palate possesses plenty of succulent upfront fruit – ripe dark cherries and dark plum which are then followed by some leathery characters and spice finishing with a dry chewy mouthfeel as a result of the assertive tannin structure. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, leather and spicy earth.
Cellar 4-5 years.
