Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Top notes of lime and citrus are followed by some granny smith apple and a touch of mineral. The palate displays good intensity with flavours of lime and citrus followed by some green apple and spice. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
