Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple red hue. The nose displays ripe mulberry notes intermixed with some blackcurrant followed by some tobacco, cedar and spice. Full bodied the palate boast rich ripe blackcurrant and dark mulberry flavours followed by some cedar and spice. Firm, dry, chalky tannins require time to integrate. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and spice.
