2010 Hollick Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays lifted aromas at the riper end of the spectrum including dark plum and sweet dark cherries followed by a touch of anise and spice. Rich being quite full and opulent for the varietal the palate delivers joosy flavours of dark ripe plum and dark sweet cherries followed by some subtle anise and spice. Soft well rounded tannins provide a supple mouthfeel. Aftertaste of dark ripe plum, sweet dark cherries and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
