Brilliant, very pale straw (almost water like) colour with greenish tinge around the edges. The nose exhibits pronounced lemon and lime aromas followed by some orange rind and a mineral end note. Possessing a steely structure the palate displays flavours of lemon, lime, orange rind and mineral with a very precise acid backbone. Clean, crisp, dry finish with long aftertaste of lemon, mineral and lime.
