Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted notes of white peach intermixed with cashew, nougat and a hint of honeycombe followed by some spice end notes. Medium bodied, possessing good richness and a creamy like mouthfeel the palate delivers flavours of white peach, nougat, cashew and spice. Excellent persistence. Clean dry finish with long white peach, cashew, nougat and spice aftertaste.
