2010 Gaelic Cemetery Vineyard Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Pronounced liquorice and blackberry aromas dominate the nose followed by some ripe black cherries with underlying leather, earthy vanillin cedar and spice notes. Full, rich and densely textured the palate boasts mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, ripe black cherries and blackberries over some earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Dry chewy finish with firm gritty tannins providing grip and structure. Long aftertaste of liquorice, ripe black cherries, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
