A wine of classical Cabernet structure which has been produced from a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec, 2% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Opaque black crimson colour with deep dark crimson red dark purple hue. The nose exhibits aromas of blackcurrant, cedary tobacco, a touch of bayleaf and spice. Impressive rich ripe blackcurrant flavours are followed by some mulberry, cedar, tobacco and spice. Slightly dryish supportive fine grained tannins. Excellent length with long blackcurrant, cedar, tobacco and spice aftertaste.
