Fire Gully is the second label of Pierro. Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lifted white peach aromas are overlaid by some toastiness followed by some citrus and gun flint like characters. Medium to full bodied the palate is filled with strong varietal white peach flavours intermixed with some funky flinty match stick like characters, lees and mineral. Clean dry finish with long white peach, melon, flinty matchstick and mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
