Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinged rim and watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of citrus and green apples with a light toast overlay followed by some faint dried honey and spice end notes. Light and dry the palate has a rounded textural feel and fresh finish featuring flavours of citrus melded into limes and dried honey characters with some toast and spice on the finish. The acidity providing the structure. Medium to long aftertaste of citrus, lime, dried honey, toast and spice. An excellent example of Semillon from a warmer vintage.
