Opaque deep dark purple crimson red colour with dark purple crimson red hue. The nose displays youthful dark raspberry top notes followed by some liquorice, earth and spice notes. Medium weight but generously flavoured and possessing an elegant build the palate delivers flavours of dark raspberry, liquorice and a touch of meaty earth like characters with a spicy dryish finish. Very soft fine grained tannins. Good length with medium to long dark raspberry, liquorice and meaty spice aftertaste.
