Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour. The nose displays some light herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas followed by some slatey mineral end notes. Light weight, clean crisp and refreshing the palate delivers a delicate flavour profile of citrus, some light herbaceous characters and stony mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of citrus and stony mineral.
