2010 Domaine La Boutinierre Chateauneuf du Pape

Opaque dark red black colour with very dark red hue. Lifted black raspberry and black cherry aromas are followed by liquorice and some meatiness with nuances of incense, earth and spice also present. Medium to full bodied, rich black raspberry and black cherry flavours fill the palate followed by some liquorice, meatiness, light earth and a spicy, slightly chewy finish. Solid but very well integrated fine grained tannins. Long black raspberry, liquorice, dried meats, earth and spice aftertaste.
