Bright translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Lifted notes of dark cherry, strawberry and plum are followed by a hint of spicy anise. Light to medium weight the palate displays flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum and spice. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, plum and spice. A well made quaffing Pinot showing good varietal character.
