2010 d'Arenberg The Stump Jump Shiraz

Totally opaque deep dark purple black colour with dark purple red hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries, some plum, inkiness and a hint of toast as an end note. Medium weight the palate posesseses good levels of fruit but is a little tight and inky at present. Flavours of ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by some spicy toast like characters with a dry slightly chalky finish. Aftertaste of inky blackberry, dark cherry and spice.
Cellar 1-2 years (2013-2014).
