Deep dark red colour with bright crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice, clove, blackpepper and spicy meats. Medium weight the palate has flavours of liquorice, some clove like characters, plum and blackpepper. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Good length with medium to long aftertaste of liquorice, clove and spicy pepper. An elegantly built cool climate Shiraz.
