2010 Cloudy Bay Te Koko Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays an aromatic profile of herbaceous grassy characters over some gooseberry, green bean, light capsicum and delicate spicy cedar. The palate is quite full with flavours of herbaceous gooseberry, asparagus and dried herb finishing with some spicy pencil shavings. Good textural mouthfeel with a dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of dried grass, herbaceous gooseberry, asparagus and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
