Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted lime notes followed by some green apple and citrus. The palate delivers flavours of fresh lime and lemon with a mineral infused flinty back palate. Excellent acid structure. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
