Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge and water like hue. Aromas of ripe lime and citrus are followed by some spice with a honeysuckle overlay. Mouthfilling palate flavours of ripe lime and citrus are followed by some apple with a crisp minerally finish. Aftertaste of ripe lime, orange blossom and citrus.
