This excellent entry level example of Carmenere was aged in French and American oak barrels. Opaque dark crimson purple colour with deep crimson purple hue. Lifted aromas of inky black cherry, blackcurrant, tobacco and spice. Youthful and joosy the palate displays flavours of ripe blackberry, dark cherry and tobacco. Excellent length with fine grained soft tannin structure. Aftertaste of blackberry, dark cherry and spicy tobacco.
