Barrel fermented and matured on lees for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and watery hue. Showing excellent intensity the nose exhibits lifted ripe white peach and cashew top notes followed by nuances of gun flint, nougat and citrus. The palate is a touch lighter than expected with flavours of delicate white peach, gun flint, citrus and light spicy cashew. Moderately creamy texture with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, gun flint and citrus.
