2010 Ada River Heathcote Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice intermingle with dried herb, earthy cedar, leather and spice notes. Mid weighted and still holding onto its fruit, flavours of blackcurrant and liquorice meld into a tertiary lead back drop of dried herbs, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spicy leather. Sturdy yet fine grained tannin structure with a rustic mid length finish.
