2009 Zilzie Wines Regional Collection Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays spearmint top notes followed by some blackcurrant and spice. Light to medium weight the palate does not display the concentration or depth of the 2008. Flavours of mint, dark cherry and a touch of spice. Fine grained tannins with moderate aftertaste of mint and spice.
Drink over the next 2 years (2010-2012).
